Start on Free and compare QR code, media, domain, member, scan, and analytics-history limits.
Every new organization starts on the permanent Free plan without payment details or checkout. Upgrade from Billing when the organization needs more capacity.

Member limits count accepted organization members. Pending invitations do not reserve seats.
Start on Free
After creating an organization, continue directly into GeoQR. Free supports one QR code, five media files, one member, and 30 days of analytics. Custom domains are not included.
Free shows up to 2,500 scans in Analytics each calendar month after recognized automated traffic is removed. Reaching the limit does not stop the QR code from working. Scan visibility resumes at the next monthly reset.
Free uses GeoQR's standard link domain because custom domains require a paid plan. GeoQR does not add its logo to your QR artwork or show an extra GeoQR-branded page between the scan and your destination.
Upgrade to a Paid Plan
Open Settings → Billing, compare the available plans, and start checkout for Starter, Growth, or Scale.
If checkout is abandoned or fails, the organization remains safely on Free. Retry from Billing when ready.
Owners and admins normally handle billing actions.
Changing or Ending a Paid Plan
Use Manage subscription in Billing to change or cancel a paid subscription. When paid access ends, the organization falls back to Free.
If current usage exceeds Free limits, existing QR codes and domains remain live so printed codes do not break. Items above the limit cannot be edited until you upgrade or reduce usage.
