# Navigate GeoQR (/docs/getting-started/navigate-the-dashboard)

The sidebar groups GeoQR into Workspace, Analytics, and Organization areas.

## Workspace [#workspace]

* **Dashboard** — quick organization overview, usage context, and recent work
* **QR Codes** — create, filter, test, and edit QR codes
* **Campaigns** — group related QR codes, reuse tracking labels, and review campaign performance

## Analytics [#analytics]

* **Analytics** — review scan totals, trends, locations, devices, and destinations
* **Events** — inspect individual scans with approximate location and device details

## Organization [#organization]

* **Tags** — reusable QR labels used for organization and filtering
* **Media** — reusable image assets for QR design
* **Domains** — branded serving domains and DNS status
* **Settings** — profile, organization, members, security, notifications, and billing

## Recent and Pinned Items [#recent-and-pinned-items]

The sidebar can show recently updated or pinned QR codes and campaigns for quicker access. Pin the items your team revisits often.

## Quick Create [#quick-create]

Use **Quick create** when you already know the destination and want the shortest creation flow. Enter the default web address, choose a domain, and optionally apply a saved design template.

## Switch Organizations [#switch-organizations]

Open the account menu and use its **Organization** section. Selecting another organization updates the active context for every area of GeoQR.

## A Good First Workflow [#a-good-first-workflow]

1. Create or select the correct organization.
2. Create a Standard QR code with one default destination.
3. Create it and test it with your phone.
4. Add a domain, artwork, campaign, or advanced rules only when you need them.
5. Review Analytics after scans begin.
