## New Account and New Organization [#new-account-and-new-organization]

1. Create an account and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Enter the six-digit code sent to your email.
3. Confirm your name and optionally add a profile image.
4. Create an organization with a name and review its generated unique identifier.
5. Enter GeoQR on the permanent Free plan.

You do not need payment details to start on Free. Upgrade later from Billing when you need higher limits.

## Invited Member [#invited-member]

1. Open the invitation and review the organization, role, and expiry.
2. Sign in or create an account with the invited email address.
3. Complete verification and profile setup when required.
4. Return to the invitation and explicitly accept it.

## Existing Organization [#existing-organization]

After sign-in, GeoQR restores an active or remembered organization when possible. If you belong to more than one organization or have pending invitations, onboarding lets you choose what to open.

If you opened a specific GeoQR page before signing in, GeoQR returns you there after you finish signing in and any required setup.
